We get to meet the nicest families and help them with their home. This was a card a family gave me that we recently helped in Berks County. They originally contacted me to buy the house cash and when I met with them I spoke with them about how fast they were looking to move and what they felt their challenges were. After listening to their needs, I presented them with 2 options for selling. They then chose the option that was best for them.. which turned out to NOT be the cash offer. And that is ok!
